On 13 November 2014 the Mouton Foundation hosted its strategic planning and feedback session in Citrusdal.
The day was attended by employees of Mouton Citrus, the Mouton Citrus Premium Committee, various experts and representatives of our foundation and retail partners.
Attendees were treated with historical background on the Foundation, highlighting the vision that Johan and Mientjie Mouton started in 1985. Eversince the empowement and development of individuals and communities has been the basis of the Mouton Citrus philosophy.
Personal testimonies by individuals who have benefited directly from the foundation’s activities were heard together with new ideas on how to address challenges and opportunities through the input of all present.
The Mouton Foundation aims to continuously empower and change our farm and surrounding communities. Thank you very much for all who attended and your valuable input, energy, wisdom and perspective.
