This is Mouton Citrus’s first sustainability report; a formal step in a journey we have walked for decades. Farming in the Cederberg has taught us that sustainability is not a department or a target; it is a way of being. It guides how we grow, how we care for water, land, and people, and how we prepare for what comes next.
